At the heart of the innovation lies the new recessed burner, an exclusive Clementi feature that evenly heats the refractory brick cooking surface, reproducing the intensity and dynamics of a wood fire — but with the immediacy and convenience of gas ignition.

The pilot flame ensures maximum safety and ease of use, while the oven’s intuitive operation makes REMIDA PLUS perfect even for those who have never baked a pizza before.
